Cairncross & Hempelmann Welcomes Taylor Haines

Cairncross & Hempelmann is pleased to welcome Taylor Haines to the firm’s Land Use & Zoning practice group. Taylor joins the firm as part of a strategic growth plan that has a key focus on providing highly-integrated, relationship-based services.

Taylor assists clients from the start of diligence and feasibility to final project approvals. In addition to working through permitting, entitlement, and regulatory challenges, Taylor supports and advises clients through appeals and other project disputes. Taylor earned her J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law in 2021.
