CH& Announces Its Newest Partner Binah Yeung
Cairncross & Hempelmann (CH&), a Seattle-based, full-service law firm, is pleased to announce Binah B. Yeung as its newest partner, effective January 1, 2020. “Binah has demonstrated a deep commitment to the firm and its goals ever since she joined us. She is tenacious, intelligent, and very well regarded by all the partners and the broader legal community. She has been, and will continue to be, an important part of the firm’s success for many years to come,” said Matt Hanna, Managing Partner.
Since joining the firm in 2017, Binah has become an integral member of CH&’s litigation group. Her practice involves representing clients in complex business disputes, condemnation, real estate and general commercial litigation. As an efficient and effective advocate for her clients, Binah delivers practical solutions and works diligently to resolve complex disputes in a focused manner. Binah leverages her prior bankruptcy and creditor’s rights experience to proactively counsel her clients, mitigate risk, and prevent issues that might arise post-judgment, including in bankruptcy and enforcement.
Binah stays active in the community through her continuing pro bono and volunteer endeavors and is a recipient of the King County Bar Association Outstanding Young Lawyer Award. She currently serves as Chair of the Mackrell International Next Generation Group.
