Dan’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, receiverships, and bankruptcy. As a member of the CH& Litigation and Insolvency practice groups, Dan’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, receiverships, and bankruptcy. Dan spent six years as a Legislative Assistant in the Washington State House of Representatives. He also worked in the Washington State Office of Public Defense, providing support to the Parents Representation Program.
Steve assists small and mid-sized business clients in Chapter 11 Sub-chapter V, receiverships, contract negotiation, lease negotiation, and if necessary, wind down as a member of the CH& Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice team. He has worked on over one thousand bankruptcies and knows both sides of the process, having represented both banks, businesses and individuals. He advises clients with the development of strategic planning to implement and achieve the best possible outcomes for them and their businesses.
