CH& Attorney Bruce Leaverton Moderates Panel at TMA Northwest 2025 Cross-Border Conference

CH& Attorney, Bruce Leaverton, is moderating a panel at the Turnaround Management Association-Northwest Chapter’s 2025 Cross-Border Conference on October 3rd in Alberta, Canada. Bruce’s panel, “Inside the Workout: Navigating Distress from the Lender’s Seat,”  is joined by Scott Randle (Ampleo), Alexandre Corbett (ATB Financial), and Dean Chan (National Bank of Canada). The panel explores how loans are classified, how lenders approach borrower communications, and how enforcement and recovery strategies differ across US and Canadian jurisdictions. TMA is the most professionally diverse organization in the corporate restructuring and renewal, and corporate health space. Their Cross-Border Conference brings together experts from the US and Canada for two days of knowledge sharing and connection. CH& Attorney Ryan Cole will also be attending.
