The discussion highlights Transit Oriented Development (“TOD”) best practices from transit agencies in the United States and Canada. The group shares Sound Transit’s TOD policy and the current status of a wide variety of projects underway in the Puget Sound region. The panel is part of a week-long program that joins ULI British Columbia and ULI Northwest to feature thought leaders in the real estate and build environment industries from throughout the Cascadia region.
