CH& Partner and Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group Leader, Jennifer Faubion, participates in panel, “Cradle to Grave: A Journey from Inception to Destruction” at the 2026 Turnaround Management Association Distressed Investing Conference,  The panel traces the creditor’s journey through the full life cycle of a business—from early health and growth to financial stress and potential distress.
