CH& Partner Jennifer Faubion Presents at ABA Business Law Fall Meeting 2025
CH& Partner and CH& Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group Leader, Jennifer Faubion, presented at the American Bar Association Business Law Fall Meeting in Toronto last Friday. The CLE, “Commercial Real Estate Receiverships – The Uniform Act and Beyond,” provided an overview of state and federal court real estate receivership, including the Uniform Commercial Real Estate Receivership Act, practice in states with and without receivership codes, and receiverships under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure from the perspective of debtor, creditor, receiver, and receiver’s counsel.
