CH& Partner Jennifer Faubion Speaks at 2025 TMA Annual Conference

CH& Partner and CH& Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group Leader, Jennifer Faubion, is a panelist at Turnaround Management Association’s Annual Conference in New Orleans. The panel, “Glass, Steel and Struggles: The Evolution of Distressed Real Estate,” explored effective strategies for restructuring property development businesses in response to shifting market dynamics, and delved into the types of properties likely to be involved in bankruptcy proceedings, receivership, or out-of-court restructuring, and how these opportunities are shaping the investment landscape.
