CH& Partner Patricia Laughman Presents CLE to KCBA

CH& Partner Patricia Laughman presented a CLE to the King County Bar Association Litigation Section entitled “The Legal Ethics of Objections.” The presentation provided an in-depth overview of Washington attorneys’ ethical duties when handling evidence, particularly electronically stored information. Throughout the presentation, attendees were offered tips for proactive planning, transparent discovery practices, and strict compliance with the Washington RPCs to protect both the integrity of the judicial process and the lawyer’s professional responsibilities.
