CH& sponsors and attends Rudd’s Raising Up Black Businesses (R.U.B.B.) Initiative’s annual Black Business Leadership Conference for the fourth year. Launched by co-founders of CH& Client Ezell’s Famous Chicken, Lewis and Darnell Rudd, along with their sister Faye Stephens, and in partnership with DoorDash, the event is designed for aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs to meet with some of Washington state’s most successful Black business owners. Through one-on-one discussions and networking, this event helps uplift the next generation of Black businesses that will build wealth and transform the community.
