CH& Attorney John Hempelmann Attends Urban Land Institute’s Transit-Oriented Development Council Meeting in Washington D.C.

Cairncross & Hempelmann attorney John Hempelmann attends Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Transit-Oriented Development Council meeting in Washington D.C. John has been an active member of ULI since 2004 and is a former Chair and current Assistant Chair of the Transit-Oriented Development Council.

John is a very active participant in ULI’s Transit-Oriented Development Council in the Northwest.  He recently led ULI Northwest’s Tacoma Dome Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) with volunteer experts to discuss the existing and planned transportation projects, zoning, affordable housing, parking, and transportation in the City of Tacoma and the Dome District Transit Orientated Development site.
