Cairncross & Hempelmann sponsors and attends the 19th Annual King County Bar Foundation’s (KCBF) Breakfast With Champions to support its continued efforts to provide ongoing pro bono and diversity programs throughout King County, Washington.
This year’s keynote speaker is the former United States Attorney General Loretta Lynch. She is the first female African American Attorney General of the United States, appointed by President Barack Obama in 2015. She also served as the head of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York twice, under both President Clinton and President Obama.
The King County Bar Foundation is the charitable arm of the King County Bar Association. It raises voluntary donations to support the pro bono legal service programs of the Association and to make grants to the University of Washington and Seattle University Schools of Law for minority law student scholarships.
