Roe joins the Land Use team.  Her experience gives her strong services in drafting motions used in litigation and administrative hearings related to the Land Use Petition Act, the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and design review challenges.  She advises clients regarding zoning, legal use, development standards, historical landmarks, and housing affordability requirements for projects in eight Puget Sound jurisdictions.

In addition to her land use practice, Jessica prepares applications and letters to government bodies advocating for code amendments, requesting reviews of decisions, or permit approvals, that result in favorable outcomes.

Jessica earned her J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law.  Prior to law school, she devoted her time to a number of non-profit organizations, including the National Family Farm Coalition, Via Campesina International, and Antero Resources Corporation.  Her involvement is apparent in the strength of her work and has given her acknowledgement in associations such as the Border Agricultural Workers Project and the U.N. Department of Economic and Social Affairs.
