CH& Client MTRWestern Announces Partnership with FlixBus

MTRWestern, a full-service ground transportation provider, recently announced its partnership with FlixBus, a European transportation technology service provider. Cairncross & Hempelmann (CH&) has represented MTRWestern in numerous deals since the company was acquired in 2011.

The CH& team consisted of Susan Wright Geiger and Bob Seidel. Their work included advising on negotiation and contracting strategy as well as drafting the terms of the deal.
