Cairncross & Hempelmann Welcomes Aušra Dedman

Cairncross & Hempelmann is pleased to welcome Aušra Dedman to the firm’s Real Estate practice group. Aušra joins the firm as part of a strategic growth plan that has a key focus on providing highly-integrated, relationship-based services.

Aušra’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including sales and acquisitions, leasing, sale-leasebacks, financing, and development. She also advises renewable energy developers on matters involving project financing, purchase and lease options, easement rights, and due diligence. Aušra earned her J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law in 2017.
