CH& Announces New Principal Troy Hatfield

Cairncross & Hempelmann is pleased to announce P. Troy Hatfield as its newest partner, effective January 1, 2025. “Troy has been an invaluable addition to the firm since he joined in 2019. He is very dedicated to the firm, and we are proud to add him to our principalship,” said Ana-Maria Popp, Managing Partner.

Troy joined the CH& Litigation practice group in 2019 and has since then assisted clients of all sizes in all phases of case development. Troy often draws on his previous experience, having externed for Judge Robert J. Bryan in the U.S. District Court and worked in regulatory compliance, public records law, employment, and complex commercial litigation.

Troy completed his J.D. and M.B.A. simultaneously, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges facing businesses and the corporate legal landscape. He leverages this insight to give his clients sound legal advice that mitigates risk and is informed by business realities.
